About Us
Covington Enterprise was established on April 1st, 2017, by Leah Fletcher as a branch of the Kirby Company (pictured to the left). Leah has been in the people business for four years now and just like everyone else in the business, she started from an entry level position.

Leah has such a kind and bubbly personality. She is a mother of four and is no stranger to hard work. Through her hard work and dedication she has found out the the Kirby Company is not a job but, a life-changing career! She has worked her way up the ladder from a dealer to a team leader and is now a Distributor Trainee in the Midwest Division.
